Acceptance of Terms

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 96bd9 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or verification process.

Account Closure & Suspension

Both users and 96bd9 have the right to close or suspend an account under the circumstances described below.

Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.
